No Drives will update what so ever

Win 11.  Well there’s your first mistake.  I understand even more basic controls were locked away so no one can fix anything.  There is theoreticall a way to get them back, though it seems like a hack to me.  There’s a video with not enough information given.  Something is typed on the screen though and there is a brief visual of the actual thing.  I need to go through it and get the string.  I did save the url though.  It’s:
