I've built a few PC's before but this is my first ITX build and was hoping to get some advice

looks almost fine, but for vr especially don't go with a ryzen G series processor. If you are on a budget get the 5600x, otherwise get the 5700x. The G series has half the L3 cache, so the frametimes can be worse.

If you truly need one, consider an external optical drive. Doing this would allow for a case that matches the color of the peripherals. If you already have a drive, external USB 3.0 enclosures are available.

 

Consider an Intel build. While an i5-12400F would suit. A more powerful i7-12700F can be squeezed into the budget.

 

32GB of memory should be more than sufficient for the outlined use.

 

Consider using Windows 11. Certainly a good choice for a 12th gen Intel cpu with efficiency cores.
