Budget build from spare parts: 3060Ti, SODIMM RAM, m.2

Budget (including currency): 500 USD but less is better

Country:  Switzerland (local shop: galaxus.ch can be viewed in english also)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  Daily workstation -small requirements / media consumption / occasional gaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
I have some parts laying around and I would like to put it to use. GPU was used in eGPU case, docked to my laptop, but since eGPU box is malfunctioning I would like to build a small factor PC.

Parts available:

1. ZOTAC 3060Ti https://www.zotac.com/us/product/graphics_card/zotac-gaming-geforce-rtx-3060-ti-twin-edge

2. 16GB DDR4 SODIMM memory from my laptop upgrade (any board available with SODIMM slots?)

3. m.2 SSD I have also laying around.

4. Noctua nh-u9s

5. Riser cable Corsair PCIgen3 CC-8900419 30cm

What parts could you recommend on a budget - not to limit GPU, on the other hand CPU, mobo, do not need to be over the top. Access to used parts is limited, and because of warranty I would preffer to have it new. So mini-PC build would be nice to have, as I do not like big towers.

Parts needed:

- small case

- PSU

- mobo

- CPU

- (RAM if what I have could not be used)

Something like this for a good start?:
Mobo

Or, I am thinking about something else also.
Can I make my current PC - 11th gen 32GB 2GPU do all the hard work, and get a NUC as terminal in livingroom and use laptop in the office?

I have Gigabit wired connection at both places that I would like to use power of it 🙂

In this case what setup in terms of software should I use?

That motherboard you chose does not have SODIMM slots. If I were you, I would sell your laptop RAM and get 16 GB of "normal" desktop RAM because there are only a few motherboards with sodimm slots
