Work laptop with decent performance

Hello, I'm in Australia and my budget for the laptop is $1000-$1500 AUD (600-1000 USD) but i'm willing to go up to $2000 (1300 USD). Note: the USD cost is approximate due to price increase due to import fees ect to australia)

Anyway what I'm looking for is:

-I5 or I7, 11th/12th gen or amd of similar performance

-Gtx 1650 or Rtx 3050, would like to avoid amd due to the softwares I use on nvidia side)

-Atleast 5 hours of battery life, in terms of real life use for browsing. I would be reducing refresh rate along with using power saver to maximize battery

-16GB ram, willing to upgrade ram myself if its cheaper

-500-1tb ssd space (also willing to upgrade manually to save money)

-Ideally a hot-swapable battery if battery life is bearly 5 hrs

-dont care about resolution or refresh rate

-dont care about weight or thickness

-dont care about screen size as long as its bigger than 13 inch

I'm currently looking at the gigabyte G7 as its for $1299 aud on pccasegear. Can buy a second battery to change as battery runs low which would equate to 6hrs battery life and a total of ~1400 aud.

Alternatively, the asus g14 as it has a long battery life so a hot-swapable battery life is not needed.

Nonetheless, any suggestuons would be appreciated, thanks!

Hot swappable battery, i don't think it's a thing. But if you want better battery life, go with AMD cpu, or even better a macbook.

Asus g14 seems to be a good choice.

By hot swappable, I mean laptops with removable batteries like the one in the gigabyte g7. It’s just that websites don’t allow searches for things like this nor do they sell all types of laptops. So it makes it hard to filter through these. Anyways, I agree, the g14 is a good choice but I just want to see if there are other options.
