TV stuck on the Philips logo, can someone help?

Hello, my TV just randomly turned off and got stuck on the Philips logo, doesn't respond to the remote, plugged it out of the socket and left it out for 10 minutes and still just automatically turns on and gets stuck. Is a 43PFS5803/12.

Also tried plugging out everything and only leaving the power cord in and still doesn't get past the logo.
