LTT Logo at the top of the forum is smaller than it used to be

Go to solution Solved by colonel_mortis,

It's now back to pretty much where it was before.

Browser, version and OS: Doesn't matter, FF 99, W10

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Go to any forum page

What happened?

The logo at the top is smaller

What did you expect to happen?

The logo size to be what it used to be

Link to a page where it happened, if applicable:

Every forum page

Screenshots of the issue, if applicable:

Current:

Before:

(Wayback Machine snapshot)

Any other relevant details:

A previous snapshot of the page from Wayback Machine shows the max-height of the logo image was 70%, now it's 54%. Not sure if this is a bug, but 70% definitely looked better IMO.

I am getting pretty fucking sick and tired of the "watch something else" responses. It's such a cop out answer because you could say that about basically anything, and it doesn't address the actual complaints. People use it as some kind of card they pull when they can't actually respond to the criticism raised but they still feel like they need to defend some company/person. If you don't like this thread then stop reading it. See how stupid it is? It's basically like telling someone "shut the fuck up". It's not a clever responsive, it doesn't address anything said, and it is rude.

I got a preview of the next update:

Spoiler

Play with the --logo--height variable in the CSS. You can make your tweaks persist with a browser plugin like StyleBot.

Who cares that it's smaller? Even better that way - more content visible on the screen. The original image is still there and still big (way too big, if you ask me) and I'm using it as a logo in Speed Dial:

Y’all no offense but i think that screenshot gives you negative credibility on design.

I don't give a f**k what you or anyone else thinks about "design"! It's my linux and my browser, so it will look the way I like it, not the way you like it!

And the screenshot wasn't meant to get credits for design, but simply to say the logo is still the same size but it probably looks smaller because of user end settings.

Oh yeah, it’s a css property,  just what’s sent to you browser and very changeable on client end.

I've often thought something looked smaller or larger than it used to be, but realized I'd zoomed in or out to look more closely at something and forgotten about it. Really second-guessing myself on stuff like that now since I was diagnosed with autism last month, ASD inherently means focus, retention and motor skill issues, and I find it more difficult to type and do other things as I've aged. Not to mention my short-term memory is ridiculous.

I don't badmouth others' input, I'd appreciate others not badmouthing mine. *** More below ***

Due to the above, I've likely revised posts <30 min old, and do not think as you do.
