Hdmi matrix with dynamic locking

Hi, I'm curious if there exist some kind of hdmi matrix that allows locking media devices to certain displays. 

It would be interesting to for example have all media devices (consoles, decoders, game consoles,...) centralized in one room and be able to access these devices from every screen in the house with the posibility to lock a device to a set of screens.

This way person A could game in room A and person B would not be able to use the console in Room B because it's temporarily locked in room A. Or a device that should only be able to be displayed on a set of displays in any case. 

 

 

Are you aware of such a thing?

All I can think of is using an HDMI switcher for each device, and a HDMI condenser into 1 for each monitor input.  But that still doesn't prevent another device from simulcasting to the same display.  It would prevent console A from being broadcast on tv B, but it wouldn't stop console B from also sending a signal to tv A.
