weak signal on tivo cable tv

(i live in the uk) so i subscribed to tivo catv a few weeks ago and the last few days ive been having some channels like BCC 1 CBS reality and Itv glitch out and drop out constantly and wouldnt know how to fix this.does any1 know who to fix this?

not all gamers hate furries some gamers are furries myself included.
