ok i live in middle east just 3 years warranty in my region idk if any thing happen after 3 years and i call xpg global they will help me or not ?? 
so i wanna pick choice dont regret about it i wanna live with me many years 
i just worry about xpg +12 rail its not tough and this line of Gpu

So,  here's how warranties work....

 

You have X number of years to get warranty through the retailer based on your country's consumer protection laws.  But if a PSU, for example, has a 10 year warranty, for example, that's called a "manufacturer's warranty" and you would go through the manufacturer REGARDLESS of your location and local consumer protection laws.

yea u mean after 3 local warrabty in my countrey if anything happen i call xpg golbal and they will solve it ..
and what should i choose between them and why i trust ur opinion ?
and about xpg  (Not so tight load regulation at +12V) this is bad point i should worry about   ?

but the caps in rms are rated for 105C instead of 85C on the RM

There are no 85°C caps in the RM ... The fan is also pretty much the same thing as in RM-x 2018, just unbranded.

You've been told multiple times already that XPG Core Reactor and Corsair RM are pretty much on part, it's only the question of the price at this point. If the price is similar then get Corsair RM.

He wouldn't tell you that Corsair RM is better here to not sound like he's shilling Corsair, because he works there and RM was IIRC, his project. 12V load regulation isn't really bad on XPG Core Reactor and static load regulation doesn't really matter all that much to start with (not when it's 1.5% vs 0.5%). Transient response matters more, and it's pretty much on par with everything in this price range there. Overall, Corsair RM is still somewhat better, it's quieter at least, has a semi-passive mode, so it worth paying a bit more. But they're both good.
