Primary monitor turning of after windown 10 starts

I have 2 monitors currently. when i turn on my pc my primary monitor turn on and shows me the posting sequence after it posts tho it turns it off and switches to my second monitor and i cant turn my primary one on and if i do it says no imput found. i can only use my primary monitor if i use amd eyefinity which i dont use
