Laptop shutting off waile gaming

My laptop is a msi gaming laptop with a 3060 and a core i5 it ran fine for a few months but yesterday I forgot to plug it in and it died so I plugged it in and started gaming again. then an around a 40 mins later it just randomly shut off and for a split second I see a low power blue screen then black so I left it be and made dinner to let it charge then after I came widows said it was reparing my memory. When I got back on and gaming it shut off 3 more times that night and I got on today and it's doing it again I don't know why or how to fix it *what iv tried is switching the power settings from Performance to balanced in settings but it did it again after*

Is the laptop often connected to the charger while the battery is at 100%?
