Help😭 my pc has been power cycling since afternoon

My pc has been power cycling since afternoon and it seems there's no way to fix it

Please help me out I'm going mad

Specs

Ryzen 3600x

16gb Corsair vengeance 3200mhz

GTX 1660super

Antec 550w psu

1 TB HDD Seagate

250gb ssd Seagate

 

I was playing god of war In afternoon and my pc just shut down randomly

After which it booted for 10-30 mins here and there in many multiple tries

But it just won't boot if it does it shuts off and doesn't want to boot up

Does the system shut down if you are merely sitting in the BIOS?

How is the system cooled?

No I am unable to get it to boot and if it does it's only a matter of time before it shuts down

The cooling is good stock amd cooler

Stock GPU cooler

Both idle around 40ish mark 

I'm thinking it's a faulty power supply

I'm getting my friend's to psu tomorrow and will try it out to see if mine's busted.

 

What I'm unable to understand is if the psu wanted to give up

Why does it boot for like a min or 20 mins just randomly after trying the on off switch a lot of times

And most of the YouTube is just like clean up the damn dust but there isn't much to clean in mind

Does it only crash under load, or also when idle?

Under load I'd suspect the PSU.

This is why I asked about being idle in BIOS if it crashes

It has crashed on idle today as well as under load.

I recall playing god of war trying to stress it once it booted and also in aida 64 second time and when I stressed GPU in aida it crashed almost immediately

But I was able to play god of war for about 30 mins and it crashed when I closed the game and left it idle for sometime and when I tried to do something again it died
