do i have to reinstall windows? or can i just put my m.2 with widnows and all my things on it and be good to go, and just download the right drivers for the motherboard? do i have to uninstall the previous drivers? and if so where and how do i do that?

Just move the SSD into the new hardware and boot right up. Windows is quite good already at handling full hardware swaps, and as far as the computer is concerned the only thing that changed is adding a few more cores (as the chipset is still the same). You may have to reinstall RGB software or something, if it doesn't recognize you have a diff board right away, but everything should just work.

i am upgrading my motherboard and cpu, from an asus prime z590 p to a ROG maximus xiii hero and the cpu from a i7 10700k to an i9 10900k, im not sure whats things i need to do with programs before i decide to instal the parts and whas curious if anyone had an answer, i just want to know if i need to uninstal anything before proceeding like drivers for the previous motherboard or cpu , im not sure how it works if anyone could help i would realy appreciate it , thank you

Since you're still with the same OEM, chipset, and CPU gen, you shouldn't need to reinstall anything tbh.
