Unable to Boot to HHD

I have a Dell Optiplex 3060 and I tried reformatting it via legacy os. It was able to detect the USB that where OS installer is installed and was able to format and install OS to HDD. After rebooting it does not boot to HHD with the OS already installed but when checking the BIOS it physically detects the HDD. I also noticed that the HDD is not on the list of boot selection. Help. Thanks.

My first guess is the CSM is enabled in your boot config. If for example your USB had a UEFI boot setup and you installed your drive as a UEFI boot, your BIOS got confused

So check that and make sure your drive boot option is then set to UEFI. Or vise Versa if it has CSM disabled and your drive has a ledge you BIOS MBR. Make sure CSM and legacy BIOS is set

I'm not able to see any options for that CSM, Can't even see my HDD under boot sequence. Here are some pictures. Can you give me a list of settings to change to I can install Legacy OS? Thanks
