GT210 not displaying to monitor, but pc displays on teamviewer

I had an interesting problem yesterday, my server would load into windows (little loading circle was visible, but after that the screen would go black and monitor would say it lost signal (YES, it desplayed bios and all that crap while loading up). So I followed a tutorial on how to get windows to boot into safemode, booted it up, and uninstalled the gpu driver. Today I managed to get into the pc, and as soon as I logged in, the screen went black again. I opened it up on Remote connect because it actually worked this time, and Low behold, the driver reinstalled itself and my monitor is black again. Is there any way to fix this? Or is the GT210 just too old for support now? It worked every time before this incident...

Make sure its still on the correct resolution.
It might try and set a resolution the monitor doesnt support.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Just set it to resolution of display plugged into the server and turned monitor on and off to make sure, and no dice.
