Other details: I have only like 600 USD and I want to build a pc in which i can play most of games in 60 fps or more in 1080p

You cannot spend $600 and play most modern games at a decent frame rate. GPU's are far too overpriced.

Baseline, if you get VERY lucky, $800. 

 

I don't what the used market is like in that part of the world, or how resale markets work. I imagine there could also be markups due to tariffs and shipping that I am unaware of.
