Which CPU AND MOTHERBOARD BEST FOR OFFICE USAGE

I need to build a pc under 400 USD so, I'm really confused on choosing motherboard and CPU (no external GPU I don't have enough to afford external GPU) and best RAM and how much I need

That's a seriously tight budget even for the U.S. market, probably more so for India. A basic build with integrated graphics is pretty much $500 minimum. You're going to definitely need to look for a used machine. Check around on any local marketplaces you have in your area.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X · Cooler: Artic Liquid Freezer II 280 · Motherboard: MSI MEG X570 Unify · RAM: G.skill Ripjaws V 2x16GB 3600MHz CL16 (2Rx8) · Graphics Card: ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti TUF Gaming · Boot Drive: 500GB WD Black SN750 M.2 NVMe SSD · Game Drive: 2TB Crucial MX500 SATA SSD · PSU: Corsair White RM850x 850W 80+ Gold · Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow · Monitor: MSI Optix MAG342CQR 34” UWQHD 3440x1440 144Hz · Keyboard: Corsair K100 RGB Optical-Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (OPX Switch) · Mouse: Corsair Ironclaw RGB Wireless Gaming Mouse

@B.Arun PrakashThat's plenty of a budget for a-no GPU PC. AMD ryzen 4300G/4300GE + A520 motherboard. Or a Intel 12100/G7400 + a H610 motherboard. 2x8GB of decent 3000/3200MHz memory. ~$40-50 PSU, and a 500GB nvme.

If you keep the case and the monitor you have that should be just about $400. Or if u need a case, just any cheapest will do.

Now the real question is what of this is available in India and at what price, and that will dictate what combo you can buy.

Can you give us links to some shops you would use to buy stuff ?

Depends on the PSU, if u can find Cooler Master MWE White V2, or Aerocool Aero Bronze, Aero White or a Corsair CV, or FSP Hyper Pro, FSP Hydro Pro, FSP Hyper K Pro, FSP HV Pro, Xilence Performance A+ III. With any of those you can get away with you can get away with a 350W model or stronger.

If it's something else a no name, you need more watts. FSP SP500-A would work or in worst case scenario LC-Power LC600H-12 600W

i3-12100 is out of stock on Amazon, it just came out, it will be a week or two probably until it's stock. (but possibly sooner), If we're talking US amazon.

For motherboard for this guy the best option are any of the Asus Prime H610M. but H610M-A is the best. Though others would work as well. Just be careful with the cheapest Asrock ones, they don't have M.2 slot for SSD.

The AMD version is not available on US amazon. is amazon.com the only place you'll be buying from ?

The cheapest good memory should be G Skill Aegis 2x8GB 3000MHz/3200MHz, or kingston maybe similar as well.

Either of the above memory.

Here's everything that's viable:

All the RAM that's ok above

The CPu options above

The cooling if u end up needing it (the stock cooler is ok but loud).

some of the power supplies I mentioned (or stronger 400W/450W/500W/550W). The last LC 600H power or FSP SP-500A are a last resort, if u can find any of the others cheap for $30-$40, that's best.
