high end gaming build help

orlo

Budget (including currency):

$4500 AUD (not a hard cap)

Country:

Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

FPS games (mostly destiny would like 1440p 100fps ultra) Open world games, Action Adventure games basically most of the big AAA games i do get around to pretty quickly and would like to run ultra at 1440p with close to 100fps, I do also like some modded minecraft which takes a fair amount of memory

Other details

I have a pc part picker build but im happy to change any of them but the general build is around a 3080 ti x trio 12gb (which stores around me are currentlyy in stock)
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XPYhPX
I also dont know anything about ryzen cpu but i have heard they are better than intel and i dont know anything about m.2 drives other than they are faster than 2.5" ssds (i think)
I already have peripherals
upgrading from a gtx1060, i7 8700k 16gb ram 2400Mhz

Probably wont buy until late Q3 early Q4 this year

generally would like ultra 100fps at 1440p but sometimes go into 4k around 60fps obviously getting more around the budget would be great
Dont have any objections to overclocking if thats needed

so its gonna be a beast setup but i think u can go like 2 tb on hdd and more on ssd like 4 tb ssd which is also very high and i think u can spend a little less on ssd and hdd and go a more on gpu like 3090ti which is u wish i mean i would wait a little on the gpu and then buy but its u rig and u wish

and about amd processors i am not gonna lie last time on i recommended some people not to buy them and i got some hate and later got some toxic messsages so to tell u the truth they are good but make sure that u have a support center or places where u can fix u amd processors if u have any problem on them u can go for amd support cause my one actually had some problems then i had to sent it back which costed me a lot but if u go amd u then need to change u motherboard

something like this should work better, which should be obvious considering the price increase

and also, for the questions you have, AMD (Ryzen) is currently behind Intel (Alder Lake/12th gen), and m.2 drives are faster than 2.5" (SATA) SSDs, and also require a different slot
