need help choosing the right laptop/tablet

i do wish ltt did a video on this, building pc videos are great but nothing for us on the go guys, ugh, there are so many companies and so many types of laptops/tablets i'm constantly wondering did i miss something.

anyway i'm currently using a surface pro 7 which has many manufacturing issues (2nd tablet same issues). Normally surface pro's have been perfect for me(had a surface since surface pro 2 days), light weight, powerful enough, (fractionally lacking in graphics but not a huge issue).

Budget (including currency): GBP £1200 but can stretch to £1400

Country: uk

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mostly writing, youtube, puzzle games, like mini railways and train valley, but also civilization & stellaris and other 4x/strategy games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): holy trinity of things i absolutly need: TOUCHSCREEN & 13" display/formfactor & folding/removing screen so its similar to tablet. things i'd like, 16gb ram, nvidia graphics (not this mx crap though) minimum of 256gb hdd, a micro/sd card slot

I have been searching myself and i like the ASUS ROG Flow X13 GV301QEZ 13.4". its just in my price range with a deal, folds, touchscreen, 13", has a 3050ti, 16gb ram, 1tb hdd.

my concern is i'm missing a manufacturer. so any help would be greatly appreciated

oh i'm in no rush to buy this, next 6 months but i hate my current tablet so might want to get a new device for my bday in early april
