Windows 10 not detecting secondary display

I have 2 displays for my pc, one 24" monitor (main) and one 32" TV (secondary, fairly old flat screen). I recently had this weird issue with the AMD Radeon Software where it wouldn't show the button to check for updates, so I used DDU and freshly installed the AMD drivers again. After installing the AMD drivers back, I tried to open up the TV (secondary display) and to my surprise, it wouldn't have any signal. I tried checking for (additional) Windows updates and a driver for a monitor showed up, and I downloaded it. After a restart, the TV would still not have any signal. I have tried the following solutions, but to no avail:

- Checked device manager for display adapters and monitors driver updates, but they have none (says that they have the latest drivers.)

- The classic, unplug and plug the HDMI cable (both on the TV and GPU.)

- Rolling back the display adapter drivers in device manager, but realized that I just freshly installed the latest drivers so it has nothing to roll back to.

When restarting the PC, while having the TV on, the motherboard splash would appear on both screens but after that, the TV would just lose signal again. I tried checking if the TV would even pick up a video signal in Windows, so I tried removing the HDMI cable on my main display (leaving on the cable for the TV) and my Windows would show up on the TV. After plugging back my main monitor though, Windows would go back to my main display and the TV would lose signal again. I am at my wit's end plz help.

PC Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G (bought this because I had no GPU when I first purchased my PC)
Motherboard: MSI B450M Mortar Max
RAM: PNY XLR8 16GB (2x8GB) 3200Mhz
GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 570
Windows 10 Version: Windows 10 Pro 21H2 (19044.1469)

AMD Radeon Software Version: 22.1.2 (was an optional update, normally don't update to optional ones and only stuck to recommended updates but I was desperate.)

Monitors: NVISION IP24V1 (Main), Sony KLV-32EX330 (Secondary, TV)

Older displays might not always connect automatically. Select Detect to try to connect to them.

Did you do that?

Yes, and that yellow "Didn't detect another display." showed up. (Even tried spamming that button at one point lol.)

Do you use any adapters like HDMI to VGA?

Have you tired just swapping the HDMI slots in the GPU and what happens when you press Win+P. Can you then select Expand ?

I have tried Win+P and clicking on any of the options did nothing sadly. Just now I tried swapping the cables and slots and for some reason, my main display isn't posting anymore, and my TV is posting a very zoomed in portion of the lock screen. :((
