I removed 1 fan from top of the case 

To make look like this

If you prefer the looks without the 3rd fans and temps are still good keep it!

Not necessarily, you should opt for better temp if it is 89C to 91C, but don't care if it is 59C to 61C...

Ideal at 19-20c without the third fan

Before was ideal at 17-18c

Idle GPU temp is the one of your house, what matters is under load max temps of GPU and CPU, run some benchmark or game

point. but ur asking where the tubes should exit the block and how they should make their way to the Rad...aka stuff that makes no difference.

Rad orientation don't matter but removing 1 fan does because it makes the inside of the case a bit warmer

I put the fan back and flipped the rad logo 180 like used to be
