Hey can anyone help me fix my monitor?

I just gave it to a tv repair shop and they replaced it for me

This happens every time I turn the monitor on, I turned off the pc, so this problem isn't GPU or RAM related

It's a problem with the display driver board. I had the same problem on my Lloyd monitor a few months ago and a motherboard replacement fixed it
