What gpus should I get

I have a project idea I want to do with my computer. Following something similar to 2 gamers 1 cpu. What gpus should I get. Preferably different models of similar performance. Or one that is similar to a 1080. preferably with waterblocks available for it.

An RTX 3060 is roughly on par with a 1080.  So, and RX 6600 would be similar.
