If you ask for a Mid Tower case recommend, I will 90% of the time recommend the Fractal Design Meshify C or S2.

Microsoft isn't the one responsible for Nvidia Control Panel nor Nvidia drivers, Nvidia is. Microsoft may or may not add drivers to their update function without Nvidia being active part of the process. And since Nvidia has their own driver updater, its more than likely that they don't actively serve updates to Microsoft, leaving the keeping-up-to-date part to Microsoft.
