monitor upgrade

I am planning to buy a new monitor (gigabyte g24f or mobiuz ex2510s) and oddly enough both of them are same priced. I don’t know which one to choose but I’m mostly playing fps games and also edit videos sometimes.

 

Are there any major difference between the two? Do you guys have any recommendations other than these monitors?
