How To Properly Thread A Case Fan Screw Hole?

sorry if this is a newbie question.

it's so dang hard to screw into the holes of a case fan.

i'm so worried about stripping the screw head.

please advise.

If you're using the right size screw driver, you shouldn't have to worry about the screw head stripping. The process is to just put a ton of pressure on the screw and twist. There's not really much to say about it.
