New rigg 3080 phantom+, 12700kf

patjun87

Hi! First post.

Just build a PC with 12700kf, Gainward 3080 phantom+ 10gb, 32 gb DDR5 5600, Asus z690-f motherboard and samsung pro m.2 gen4.

I put everything in a 4000d airflow case cooling the cpu with a corsair H150i ELITE LCD (360mm).

I had to mount the radiator in the front and I did sort of a special here with 3 fans pushing and 2 fans pulling (couldnt fit 3 fans pulling).

I also fitted 2 120 fans in the top as exhaust and one in the back as exhaust

After like 20 minutes heaven benchmark GPU never were a ove 72 degrees and CPU never above 52 degrees. (case all closed) Photo withour side panel to see build better though (have some cable management to do still..)

I also ran a 3DMark (Free version) fire strike (see photo) and I am concerned my score is a bit low? Or is it not? Also considering Temps that shouldn't cause any throttling right?

I have ordered a 5000d airflow in which I was thinking to top mount AIO and have 3 to 6 intakes (front and side) but what would I gain from that temp/performance wise?

I'd love as many comments and remarks as possible

Thanks

Thanks ok so I was under the impression that 2000 difference is quite a lot? No thoughts on a potential chassi - switch?
