about Bluetooth headphones with usb dongles

Hi. Can anyone explain me how Bluetooth headphones with usb dongles work.
Me and my friend want to get some pairs of them for a little project. 
And our main concern is that it my start connecting randomly to random dongles.

Or is it that headphones and dongles has theyir own identifiers or somekind that would not let that happen?

When you set the headphones to pairing mode, a code pops up in windows that you need to accept before it connects. I guess if two computers had dongles, someone could snipe your headphones and pair first if they were quicker than you.
