Rx 5500xt black screening 5 minutes after putting into build

So I got a used 5500xt off someone I know as an upgrade to a gtx 1060 and once I put it into my build it starts up no problem but after about 5 minutes and me trying to download and install the drivers it black screens and it will no signal is detected .

 

After I reboot it will show no signal.

I put the old gtx 1060 in and it works so I use DDU to remove all old drivers shut it down and put the 5500xt back in again start it up again and it works but as I download the drivers again it goes black after 5 minutes.

 Does anyone have any suggestions please?

if you have a 1060 6gb this isnt really an upgrade, the 5500xt is slightly slower.

and no, sorry i dont know how to fix this, you could  check with gpuz if theres something strange with the card.
