RTX 2070 Super OC Overheating

Hey. Since a few days I have upgraded to a Rtx 2070 super oc and i ran into weird overheating issues where my Gpu crashes after the VRAM reaches 70c / 158f. All heatpads are on and I have applied fresh and better thermal paste. The Gpu is dust free too. If anyone knows how to fix this problem please answer I´d be very grateful.
