My 3000mhz ram is only running at 2400 is there something wrong

you need to press delete during the asus splash screen, usually tapping delete while your system boots is easiest way to get to BIOS

 

He sets docp in an Asus BIOS at the start of the vid, the benchmark part is optional

Set DOCP, and the find the option for save and restart, should be pretty straight forward

Did you enable XMP in the BIOS?

it is a 5600x and its a b550m-a how do i get in bios and how do i do it im afraid to mess something up
