Updates not updating

Personally I never use windows updates for drivers like that. I find the MBs built in tool like ASUS or Dell update, whatever it is to work better. Have you tried that? 
 

If that works, I advise the  disabling windows ability to do so in the future: navigate to Control Panel > System & Security > System > Advanced System Settings > Hardware > Device Installation Settings. Then choose No

Asus armory crate?

i used armory creat and it installed the driver which fixed the problem so thank you for all your help. And if you have the time i was just wondering if there is any way to get extra usb 2.0 headers? And also do gpu fans spin only when they are at a certain temp or load?
