Valorant - Stuttering

Hey! The link above provides my current build. I do not overclock any of my components.

Before I upgraded to a 5500 XT, I had a 1050 TI. While playing Valorant on the old card, I didn't have any issues at all. However, when playing on my new card, I seem to stutter every two to three minutes.

(Drivers are all up to date.)

Any ideas?

Did you use DDU? It will clean up previous drivers and hidden display drivers. When switching over to AMD from Nvidia or vice versa, its recommended to run it so you'll have a pure and fresh installation of the driver you're getting.

I did indeed, as well as a fresh windows install, just in case. I know people have had issues moving from AMD to Nvidia, so I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't have any issues moving forward.

Does it stutter both online and offline?

Yes, should have mentioned that I know that this isn't an internet issue. I don't have any massive spikes or anything of that nature.

Is it just Valorant that stutters, or other games as well?

JUST Valorant.

I know this sounds weird, but instead of downloading the application directly from RIOT, I did it through EPIC's storefront. Any chance that could be part of the issue?

Kind of at a loss at this point.

I've done benchmarks on several different games (notably more intensive),  with only small occurrences of dips or hits on performance.

Im not aware of the download location being an issue, but I wonder if there's some kind of extra application/service from EPIC that was attached to the download/install.

Does anything unusual show up in task manager while the stuttering is occurring?

I'll have to report back when I'm back home again.
