Been noticing lately that my audio glitches out.. making the mouse and keyboard glitch out at the same time.

MultiGamerClub

Not sure what windows fuck up or driver hell im getting into.. or if i just need to do a fresh install in.. less than 2 months of windows 10 pro.

Been getting it more and more lately, anyone know what could cause the audio to glitch out taking with it or making the mouse/keyboard stutter aswell.

Usually happens once or twice a day but its less noticeable if im just browsing the interwebs..

Never noticed it in VRChat earlier.. but im noticing the glitch when playing Cities: Skylines more often than not.

Help? Maybe windows 11 isnt looking like a bad idea after all when windows needs a fresh install every so months x)

I play both of them and fortunately it's never happened to me.

Could be that there is something with the GPU?

I notice this sort of issue in WWZ when I was playing with my RX 580 as it seemed that it was a bit too much for it. So maybe your GPU is being stressed a bit too much?

Or try to see if there are any updates for GPU drivers, in addition to this, any chipset drivers from AMD and your MB manufacturer. Just to make sure everything is up to date first 🙂

Try to find CPU spikes maybe as well, basically monitor the stats of things when it happens.

I am also aware that there is a Unity game audio bug where it disrupts audio, making the user sound robotic, but from my experience and from others, it has not disrupted mouse/keyboard functionality.

The entire pc is kinda freezing for 250-300 milliseconds when it happens.. I have my stats open but the cpu or the gpu isnt any inconsitentsies.. or im not looking at it good enough. Dont run any overclocks anymore outside XMP on the memory.
