Weird sata cable coming put of rgb header

My rgb fpr my case fans and my case are not lighting up and wondering if its to do with this weird cable

 

I have a 011c vamperic and a b450 tomohawk

It's a sata power connector, like it's used on mechanical drives or SSDs, but it only takes 12v and ground, ignoring 5v and 3.3v (optional) in the SATA connector:

 

 

One wire is connected to the three 12v contacts, the other to the three COM / GND contacts.

Ye i have done that but can i use this case yo connect to msi mystic light?
