How to use NIS on 768p monitor?

hello all i find in my control panel is 1080p which my monitor doesnt support is there anyway to make like 768p downscaled to 720P?

I'm not sure you understand what NIS does. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

based on my understanding is it downscales the resolution example 77% of 1080p and to make up for the downscale it sharpens the game/image? well i dont really understand all of it bu tis there a way to get 77% of 768p? using NIS?
