Pc Crash

Hello all,

I built a PC myself a while ago, only sometimes I have that it crashes by every game i start and try to play.

I get a black screen, but the PC fans keep spinning and everything stays on.

When i start a game i do hear a electric sound and after it shuts down, 0:30 you dont hear it anymore.

 

There sits a

evga 500 watt power supply

intel core i3 9100f

rx 580

2x8gb g skill

Asus prime b365m-a

Checked the temperatures during gaming?

That cooler on your CPU is... not that great.

yeah i know but cpu temps stay low. i checked that too.

Shutting down at the start of more intensive loads like gaming to me would likely indicate PSU or GPU issue. 
I assume your GPU drivers are up to date correct?

What about newest UEFI BIOS for the MB?

Does Event Viewer -> System logs show anything around that time?

 

If that fails I would min config, power off system and remove power cable. First try another outlet to verify outlet isn't bad (it does happen). Then remove one stick of RAM, make sure to try both sticks in the main slot, Graphics card in another PCI E slot etc. until you narrow down the issue
