Change Windows 11 emoji set?

I don't like the emoji style that comes with Windows 11.

 

Is it possible to alter it to the iOS set?

Wouldn't mind knowing this myself. The emojis in Win 11 are UGLEH.

Maybe buried deep in the personalization settings? I'm keen to know this as well.

It's just a font. The font it uses is: Segoe UI Emoji

(I need to double check for Win11, the font mentioned is under Win10, but wtv it's the one with: Emoji in the name). You'll need to replace it.
