LTT download speed is BAD

Until about 6 months ago, I could download the LTT podcasts at my full (12MB/s) speed. Since then, only TWIT and IoT podcasts are coming down at full speed, LTT and 9 others have been reduced to 45KB/s. I have 2 separate network providers, and 3 separate PC's,running Windows AND Linux Mint. This is happening across all machines, OS's, and providers. Since I was able to download the podcasts at full speed earlier, and can STILL download the 2 I mentioned above at full speed, is there any reason that LTT and the 9 others suddenly have stopped coming down full speed? All other downloads (files, videos, updates, etc.) ARE downloading at my rated speed. Am using gPodder. Would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks in Advance.

Wouldn't this be more of a Floatplane issue?

Depends on where its hosted. I use Apple Podcasts and there is no issues.
