I think that there is a bit more of an extreme that you have to go to in order to be called a weeb.

 

In all seriousness though, someone, somewhere will probably call you a weeb. That's how it works when you watch anime.

Too many people on the internet jump to the conclusion of calling people "weebs" just because they watch anime. It's just flat out annoying and incorrect to do so.

Most people don't realize that word describes people who hardcore like anime, manga or anything Japanese. It's OK to appreciate the culture they have like we do and joking say things like "NOTICE ME SENPAI!" but if they seriously do that stuff then they are a weeabo.

Judging an anime by it's rating alone is stupid, I know, but it does kind of give a visualization of if it's good or not..

Ratings give no help IMO.  They just tell you what others think.  Better to make up your own mind.

I did. I was a bit disappointed. The CGI stuff were well made.

 

I just finished rewatching the S2 of GITS and I just like the anime better. Now I am watching the Arise reboot. It's meh. I'll rewatch the original movies on the weekend.
