Dual booting/installing any linux distro on MSI GL65 9SCXK?

Despite having created unallocated space in my nvme ssd, nothing of my ssd shows up in the liveboot (regarding installation). I'm not sure what's preventing it. Any ideas? I did a few google searches and did read something about Intel RST premium vs AHCI. (my system apparently uses RST premium)

But I can't seem to figure out what to do with this information or how to get about installing the linux distro. I am not even sure if this is indeed what's preventing me from installing linux on my SSD or some reason that I am unaware of. Any help is highly appreciated
