I want to get the following cpu cooler (i linked a photo down below) i already have 3 stock fans from the same brand (Gamedias) just wanted to know if its worth buying it or no?

Whats the price compared to say a Arctic Liquid Freezer 280 or 360? Freezer will perform much better.
