Will These PCs Handle These Games?

I sell a lot of PCs on Craigslist and I have a customer who is interested in purchasing two systems. They want the PCs to be able to play Subnautica, Roblox and Stellaris likely at 1080p. My understanding is that those games are not too intensive on modern resources, but I do have some older PCs I build for a cheap price that are ready to go if they would work out. The customer does not want to spend too much. The PC's specifications are listed below:

Intel i5 4960
16 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 MT/s
500 GB Hard Drive Running at 7200 RPM
RX 550 2GB

Would these PCs be able to play those games alright? I suspect they would do ok with those games based on my research, but I just want to be sure.

You should go to an SSD.  A 250 GB can be stupid cheap anymore.

 

But yes, that box should be okay for those games at 1080.

I was able to play subnautica max settings 40 fps average (when not anywhere near Aurora)  720p on a gtx 460 and a Core 2 Quad q6600. You are fine with those specs
