Find yourself a used 1060 3bg or an RX-570. They are "cheap" in the sense that you won't have to sell an organ or rob a bank, but there is no way in hell those card can be called a good value in this market. The sell pretty much at their MSRP of 5 years ago.

i was wondering what are your opinions on are about what gpus that i could buy for my next pc build for my dad so what are your thoughts

No such thing as a cheap GPU nowadays.

Seconding @valdyrgramr, what are you looking to do with the card, and how much are you willing to spend?

And most importantly, do you need it now anyway?

It's entirely possible that I misinterpreted/misread your topic and/or question. This happens more often than I care to admit. Apologies in advance.

Why not get a cheaper B550 board, do you need the features of that expensive x570?
