Is an "ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports" good enough for an Intel Core i5-10400?

Go to solution Solved by Spotty,

I have the 34 eSports on an i7 6700k and it's fine. i5 10400 should be no problem.

So I have bought an Intel Core i5-10400 since I'm planning on building a second home system. I've already bought everything except for the PSU, Case and CPU Cooler. I'm certain about PSU and Case, but I'm not sure wether to buy the ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports or the ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO.
Is there really a big difference to that? The price difference in my country isn't all too low, so I was wondering if the single-fan version would be enough.

Duo has 2 fans instead of one. One fan variant would do.
