From my experience of having gone through fans from several different brands, I haven't had any issues with Noctua or Antec case fans. My current case fans are from them, the Noctua is about 3 years old and the rest are Antec, two of which I've been running since 2013. No bearing noise, rattle, issues spinning, etc.

Are you not satisfied with your current fans? Are they too noisy?

I personally would recommend the bequiet! Silent wing 3, good airflow and almost inaudible at max speed. And if you want RGB get the light wings by bequiet!, assuming they are in stock.

a company known as bequiet is well known for making good fans and living up to their specs, the newest models (light wings) have a few reviews out

seems like everything over here bequiet is out of stock of every fan aprt from pure wings 2 and shadow wings 2 and light wings seem to expensive for only 3 fans, i might go with arctic fans  4 p14 fans are 68 aud and 2 12p's which are 30  and adds up to 115 with shipping apart from arctic is there any others?

Are the 200mm fans already installed?

It isn't necessarily helpful to fill every available fan mount.

the 200mm fans are in my case big case rn i havent got the stuff yet but i just want really good airflow as seeing gamersnexus review the gpu gets like 7 degrees higher in the out of the box 011 air mini than the cooler master h500 which is what i have

If you don't mind the thicker width at 29mm, the NB-eLoop B14-PS PWM for bottom intake is hard to go wrong with: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/kpYLrH/noiseblocker-nb-eloop-b14-ps-black-edition-839-cfm-140mm-fan-itr-b14-ps-bl

Along with the stock case fans and the NF-A12x15 for top exhaust, it should be plenty for cooling and fairly quiet with the correct fan curves.

NF-A14's are also great if you wanted matching fans or a standard 25mm thickness. https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/dwR48d/noctua-case-fan-nfa14pwm

Why are you looking for a fan controller? Have you tried using software like FanControl?

yeah, I remember the one "disbenefit" of bequiet fans being the cost, some of which are close to $30/fan

alr, I personally am planning on getting the bequiet ones and some phanteks frames for rgb, but I can't recommend it due to the cost ($40/fan including frames)
