Stand/Alternative Solution For TV Placement OR Mounting?

Inferius

I'm looking to pull the trigger on a fairly budget/modest home theater setup. I live in an apartment for another 3 months, before moving to a rental house when my current lease is up. All of this is to say, that the one issue I'm having with this theater setup, is the center speaker placement in relation to how the TV sits. The TV currently sits on its feet from the factory, on top of my media center. It's only a couple of inches off of the top. So, if I want to get speakers, I need to come up with a solution to get the TV higher up so that the center speaker doesn't block a significant portion of the bottom part of the TV. I'd like to ideally avoid wall-mounting, as my apartment complex is actually ok with holes in the wall, but it doesn't seem worth it when I'm moving out relatively soon, and there's no guarantee whatever rental I end up in next year will allow things mounted to the wall.

So any suggestions on what to do for this? In case it helps, it's a 65-inch TV. Thanks for any suggestions or help.

The one that circeseye just listed is pretty much the most common one, that I've seen, other than the actual wall mounts. I do like the adjustable height ones too, just because not all tv's mount in the exact same spot in the back of the tv.

I see these all the time at my local amazon returns store.  I don't know if that says anything about their quality or just that people buy the wrong thing.  I'd actually suggest searching google maps for a "bin store" nearby.  You might get lucky and find one cheaper than normal.  Cause what happens is people buy bins from amazon and then put them out in a store for people to rummage through and buy returned items and open boxes at huge discounts.  Mine does the dollar a day pricing where first day it's $7 then for every day it's still in the store they drop the prices a dollar.
