Windows Automatically Setting Power Plan to Power Saver (From AMD Ryzen High Performance)

Hi there,

Looking for assistance if anyone knows why Windows (or an app) could be automatically changing my Power Plan. I have no idea where this has come from, but it's even doing it when in a game so if it's automated, i have no idea what it thinks I'm doing. 

Windows 10 Home 64bit Build 19044 (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)

Ryzen 3700x

32GB RAM

RTX2080 

MODO - MSI MS-7C37 Bios A.70 

 

Does anyone know why this is happening?
