i am looking at sea-sonic focus gx 550w gold, its in tier A list os psus 

Will it be enough if i unlock the power limit on cpu with a air cooler and also got the 3060 or 3060 ti if i can find any

its for i5 11400 unlock power limit with air-cooler and 3060 or mybe 3060 ti.

 

They both around similar price, there is a slightly cheaper Cooler Master MWE 650 White-V2 80.

just not sure how many watts i need and if all watts are created equals
