Easy way to highlight parts of a webpage

Hello,

 

i'm looking for a tool with which I can highlight parts of a webpage and save it for later.

For example if I read through patch notes of a game, I want to be able to highlight certain parts of it and have an easy way to save it and look at it later.

 

There were a bunch of chrome extensions, but didn't want to look through all of them.

Preferably should be free to use.
